Normally a vibration tool is run around 600 meters, or 2000 feet behind the bit in a relatively low torque environment. By giving customers the ability to remotely control vibration in the second tool we started to see clients run two or even three tools. The tools naturally migrated up the string closer to the build section. What we didn't see coming, in the early days, was how much increased torque was there. Very quickly, customers, whether they were using impulse technology, dual tool, or multiple tool systems from competitors, started to see connection failures happening once the tools were run 2000 meters or 6000 feet behind the bit.
