The hex motor story is one of industry demand. We have two sections that make up a motor. One is the power section and one is the bottom end or transmission. Two different companies create these components. One designs and produces a power section and various other companies produce the bottom end. They're always getting married together. So you have this ebb and flow where power sections will be stronger than bottom ends get stronger. About five years ago, we entered into an area where power sections had significantly increased their output in terms of horsepower and bottom ends were trying to keep up. The Hex Motor has answered the demand for a high torque motor that can handle the demands of todays power sections.
